Most small-business projects go wrong because of vague scope and silence. This process is designed to prevent both.

The path

Timelines depend on your project and are stated in your written scope.

Discovery call
A 20 to 30 minute conversation, by phone, WhatsApp call or in person near Dharampur. I ask about the business, the problem, who will use the result and what a good outcome looks like. No charge.
Written scope and quote
Within a few working days you receive a short document: what will be built, what will not, milestones, timeline, total cost and payment schedule. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Start and advance
Work begins once the agreed advance is received. Access to any accounts you need to share is given through proper roles, never by sharing passwords over chat where it can be avoided.
Build in small steps
You get a preview link or demo at each milestone. Feedback within the agreed revision rounds is included. You always know what is done and what is next.
Testing and launch
Everything is tested on real devices and with your real data before going live. Launch happens on a domain and hosting that you own.
Handover
You receive access, credentials in your name, and plain-language documentation for how it works and how to change it.
Support (optional)
Fixes, updates and small changes under a monthly arrangement or as one-off jobs. Response times are written down.

Replies within one working day on Monday to Saturday, and a short update at every milestone.

A written scope, a written quote and written changes. If scope grows, you hear it before you pay for it.

Your business data is used only for your project and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deliverables become yours on full payment. Accounts, domains and hosting stay in your name.

Websites and interfaces are built to be readable, keyboard-friendly and fast on ordinary phones.
