By using the site or engaging us, you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide business automation and custom software, website development, UI/UX design, and IT consulting, support and maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables, milestones, timeline and fees for each project are set out in a written quote, proposal or order confirmation (email or WhatsApp confirmation counts) that you accept.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback and approvals.
Ensure you own or have permission to use any content, logos, data and accounts you give us.
Ensure that people you want us to message have given their consent, and that your use of messaging complies with WhatsApp's policies and applicable law.
Do not use our work for unlawful, deceptive or prohibited purposes.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are in Indian rupees and stated in the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, work starts after an advance and the balance is due at the milestones listed. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, software licences, messaging fees charged by platforms) are paid by you directly to the provider unless the quote says otherwise. Taxes are charged only if and when applicable by law; the business is not currently registered for GST. Late payments may pause work.

4. Changes to scope

Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and start only after you approve. Revisions within the agreed number of rounds are included.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

On full payment, you own the bespoke deliverables made for you, except for third-party components and open-source libraries, which stay under their own licences, and general tools, methods and know-how that we reuse. Until full payment, we keep ownership and may withhold delivery. We may describe the project in general terms in our portfolio only with your written permission.

6. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only for your project, except where disclosure is required by law. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Warranties and disclaimer

We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. We will fix defects in delivered work that are reported within 30 days of delivery and that do not conform to the agreed scope, at no charge. Beyond that, services and this website are provided "as is". We do not guarantee particular results such as search ranking, sales, approval by any third-party platform (including Meta or WhatsApp business verification), or uninterrupted operation of third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

10. Website use

The content on this site is provided for general information and is not professional advice. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it without authority.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in writing as provided in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end work if payment is overdue or if the project requires unlawful activity or breaches platform policies.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith discussion. Failing that, the courts at Valsad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
