Privacy Policy
Rajsinh ("I", "we", "us") is a sole proprietorship owned by Rajsinh Solanki, registered under Udyam (UDYAM-GJ-25-0102441), at Plot no 18, Ramvadi NR Orizon Hotel, Dharampur Valsad Road, Dharampur, Valsad, Gujarat 396050, India. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. We aim to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000. In DPDP terms, Rajsinh is the Data Fiduciary for the data described below.
1. Who this applies to
Visitors to rajsinh.work, people who contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, and clients who engage us for services.
2. Data we collect
- Contact data you give us: name, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry.
- Project data: business information, content and access you share so that we can deliver agreed work.
- Payment and invoicing records: payer name, amount, date and transaction reference. We do not store card numbers or banking passwords.
- Messaging records: messages exchanged with you on WhatsApp, email or phone, and your messaging opt-in and opt-out status.
- Technical data: this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and reliability.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.
3. Why we use it (purposes)
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you ask for.
- To send service messages you have agreed to receive.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to handle disputes.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for unrelated advertising.
4. Consent and legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you send an enquiry or opt in to messages) and for legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act, such as performing a request you made to us or complying with the law. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing done earlier.
5. WhatsApp and other messaging
- Opt-in. We message you on WhatsApp only if you have given us your number and agreed to receive messages, for example by messaging us first, by ticking a clear consent box on a form or by confirming in writing. Consent is requested separately for different message categories (for example, project updates versus announcements).
- Opt-out. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, by blocking the number, or by telling us by phone or email at solankiraj10897@gmail.com. We will stop messaging you for the category you opt out of and record your request.
- Templates. Outside the customer-service window, business-initiated messages use templates approved by WhatsApp.
- Limits on data. We never ask for full card numbers, bank account numbers or government ID numbers over WhatsApp, and never share one person's conversation with another.
- Platform. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, which process messages under their own terms and privacy policy. When we build messaging automation for clients, the client is responsible for opt-in with their own customers, and we process that data only on their instructions.
6. Who we share data with
Only with service providers needed to run the business, such as website hosting and DNS (for example Cloudflare), email and messaging platforms (for example Google and Meta/WhatsApp), payment providers or banks, and professional advisers. We share only what is needed for the purpose, and we may disclose data if required by law or a court or government authority. Some providers may store data outside India.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period required by Indian tax, accounting and limitation laws. Messaging opt-out records are kept so that we respect your choice.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards: access controls, strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to client data. No system is perfectly secure. If a personal data breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
9. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may: request a summary of the personal data we process and who it is shared with; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it when it is no longer needed for the purpose or a legal requirement; withdraw consent; seek grievance redressal; and nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated. Write to the contact below. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
